Government Accelerators

Government Accelerators, is a platform for federal and local government entities to address challenges and achieve ambitious goals in 100 days. It focuses on accelerating the delivery of strategic programs, the development of policies and regulations, and enhancing government services.

The Government Accelerators aims to rethink how government works by introducing a unique model built on accelerated results, increased collaboration and innovation. 

The Government Accelerators emphasises on the integration between federal and local government entities, the private sector, academic institutions and NGOs with the aim of driving innovation and ultimately achieving the UAE Government's ambitious plans.

Addressing a challenge involves the following 3 phases:

1. design – in this phase, a challenge is selected and the stakeholders are identified
2. acceleration – in this phase, Acceleration teams are nominated to address the challenges
3. sustainability – in this phase, the Acceleration teams and the Government Accelerators prepare for the sustainability and scalability of the results.
