Administrative Development and Labor Ministry Launches Mawared App

The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs has launched a smartphone app for the Government Human Resources Management System "Mawared" to ease access to the e-services provided by the system around the clock and anywhere. The ministry clarified, in a press statement, that the app provides a lot of the most used services in Mawared by the government employees and decision makers, such as leave requests, approval of applications, administrative certificate applications, and other services, affirming that such services are used through developed, secure and interactive channels to enhance the user experience. <br /> The ministry further pointed out to adding the electronic employee file system to Mawared in order to facilitate keeping and restoring the documents of the employee that are related to the Human Resources Department in the form of an e-file, and, consequently, reduce the uses of paper files to the least extent.
