Social assistance

Orphans and children from unknown parents receive monthly financial assistance from the UAE Government.

According to Federal Law No. 2 of 2001 (PDF, 750 KB), monthly assistance is provided to the following categories of UAE nationals residing within the UAE:

  • orphans
  • children from unknown parents.
