The Ministry of Community Development seeks to achieve the goal of "enhancing the quality of life and providing comprehensive social protection for all members of society" by implementing the Emirates Early Intervention Programme. This advice has been prepared to determine the extent to which the program contributes to improving children's development and enabling them to integrate into society.

The study
sample consisted of 1,871 individuals, including parents of people with
disabilities and early intervention centers in the United Arab Emirates.
- 48% of the survey participants
had heard of the UAE Early Intervention Program, while 52% were
unaware of the program. The ministry places great importance on raising
awareness about the program on its social media platforms and emphasizes
the need for increased awareness targeting all community segments.
- 85.3% of participants who had
heard of the program expressed satisfaction with the services provided by
the UAE Early Intervention Program, reflecting the positive response from
participants regarding the services offered.
- 84.4% of participants agreed that
the UAE Early Intervention Program had a positive impact on improving the
children's development and enabling their future social integration,
clearly indicating the program's success in providing necessary support to
individuals with disabilities in early intervention centers.
These
findings confirm that the program has a positive and tangible impact on the
targeted group, and it achieves its objectives in supporting cases and
preventing the deterioration of children's conditions, thus preventing them
from reaching a stage of disability.
