The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) has launched a new interactive website and portal designed to provide investors, businesses, and public with advanced search tools available in multiple languages, along with a instant direct interactive assistance service. This move aims to enhance access to services and data while assisting users in completing their transactions step-by-step.

The Ministry is committed to creating a seamless, innovative interface experience for investors, manufacturers, businesses and publics, recognizing that digital transformation plays a major role in improving the investment environment. The new website (www.moiat.gov.ae) features a user-friendly interface design that allows quick selection of preferred services. The eservices have been continuously refined to adhere to zero-bureaucracy standards, ensuring that information is requested from customers only once, facilitated by internal service linking and external integration with service delivery partners.

The user navigation on the Make it in the Emirates (MIITE) Forum page has also been improved, including an archive section for agendas and participant lists from previous years. This feature provides an overview of previous editions, detailing participants, themes, announced investment opportunities, enablers, incentives and financial benefits. This will reinforce investor trust and archiving the forum's achievements .

The fourth edition of the MIITE Forum is set to be the largest regional and international platform, capitalizing on vast investment opportunities, featuring local and international participations. The Forum will take place from 19-22 May 2025 at the ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi.

Objectives:

•               To inform target audience about service provision enhancements that enhance the growth and competitiveness of the industrial sector.

•               To explain the website's new features that improve user experience to strengthen the investment environment.

Results:

•               Enhance awareness among partners, manufacturers, suppliers and public about the website's role in facilitating flexible services.

•               Educate manufacturers and customers about MoIAT's programs and activities, such as the Make it in the Emirates initiative and forum.

•               Build confidence in the ongoing enhancement of initiatives outlined in the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology (Operation 300bn).
