The UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology is committed to empowering Emirati youth to engage in industrial decision-making, enhancing their knowledge of advanced technologies and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, particularly in artificial intelligence, smart industries, and sustainable practices. The goal is to position them as future leaders in this evolving sector. The Ministry aims to foster a supportive environment for youth by adopting programs and initiatives to enhance their skills and access to quality job and training opportunities. 

During the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC 2024), the Ministry's Youth Council organized a discussion session on the impact of artificial intelligence on the regional workforce, addressing the readiness and capabilities of young Emirati talent to adapt to labor market transformations driven by AI advancements. 

We invite you to contribute your innovative ideas and proposals to enhance the adoption of advanced technologies and Fourth Industrial Revolution solutions to align with labor market changes, supporting your opportunities for jobs and training to achieve a transformative economic and social impact in Emirati society.

Objectives:

- Raise awareness among youth about the Ministry's initiatives and programs, such as the *Musanneen* program, which provides job opportunities and quality training in industry and advanced technology. 

- Listen to the ideas and suggestions of youth and the public to develop and improve the Ministry's initiatives to serve the industrial sector and attract more young talent. 

- Affirm the Ministry's role in enabling national talent to access job and training opportunities. 

- Establish the presence of youth as contributors to shaping a work environment that supports the Fourth Industrial Revolution and artificial intelligence. 

Expected Outcomes:

- Enhance youth awareness of the importance of engaging in the Ministry's initiatives and programs aimed at qualifying Emirati talent. 

- Incorporate their suggestions and ideas to amplify the impact of these initiatives.
