Mabrouka Stories Initiative

Subject of Consultation:

"Mabrouka Stories" is a waqf-based storytelling initiative launched by the General Authority of Islamic Affairs, Endowments & Zakat. It consists of a series of seven stories directed toward early childhood, aiming to instill faith-based, devotional, and moral values in an engaging manner that combines education and enjoyment. The series has been designed to include audio versions to enrich both auditory and visual experiences, thereby enhancing children's ability to interact with, comprehend, and be positively influenced by the values conveyed in each story.

Anticipated Decisions Arising from Implementation:

1.Expanding the publication of the stories through educational centers, kindergartens, and national libraries.

2.Developing educational materials to accompany the stories, for use by teachers and parents to encourage discussion and deeper understanding.

3.Launching digital and interactive versions via the Authority's smart application and official website.

4.Strengthening community partnerships with educational institutions to maximize the benefit of the series. 5.Creating a new series of stories in response to public feedback, thereby encouraging continuous waqf-based storytelling content.

Expected Outcomes:

1.Instilling faith, worship, and national values in children from an early age through an attractive educational approach.

2.Reinforcing the relationship between children and the concept of waqf as a cultural and civilizational value through dedicated storytelling.

3.Supporting Arabic language development and vocabulary enrichment among children through engaging narratives.

4.Increasing family-child interaction through shared storytelling and moral discussions.

5.Building a generation rooted in authentic Emirati values, equipped with a deep understanding and a language that balances heritage with modernity.
