The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology is committed to enhancing product quality in national markets. To this end, it has launched the second phase of the "UAE Compliance Pledge," with the participation of 13 local and international companies from the cosmetics and personal care sector joining the Pledge. This follows the resounding success of the first phase (which saw the participation of 11 leading e-commerce platforms). This commitment expands from e-commerce platforms to industrial supply chains, aimed at strengthening product conformity with the standard specifications applied in the United Arab Emirates.

Accordingly, we invite you to contribute your ideas and developmental proposals to enhance the experience of the "UAE Compliance Pledge," in support of efforts to achieve a transformative leap with significant economic and social impact on the UAE community. The "Compliance Pledge" represents an exceptional model of integration between the public and private sectors.

Objectives:

• Inform the target audience about the second phase of the "UAE Compliance Pledge" and the participation of 13 local and international companies from the cosmetics and personal care sector. 

• Listen to your ideas and proposals for developing and improving the Pledge to support industrial growth, competitiveness, and trade facilitation. 

• Affirm the Ministry's role in continuously elevating the Quality Infrastructure System. 

• Establish the presence of community members as contributors in shaping proposals that enhance efficiency and competitiveness. 

• Raise public awareness of the importance of UAE standard specifications and technical regulations.

 Outcomes:

Communicating a message to the target audience across sales platforms and consumers regarding the launch of Pledge 2, in a way that enhances stakeholder engagement in proposing development initiatives and strengthens cooperation with partners in both the public and private sectors, thereby enhancing the experience of the "UAE Compliance Pledge" and its economic and social impact
