Based on the role of the General Authority of Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat in promoting a moderate religious discourse and strengthening Islamic and societal values, the Authority is keen to measure beneficiaries' satisfaction with the discourse delivered through various channels. This ensures its alignment with the needs and aspirations of the community and contributes to developing the content and enhancing its positive impact.
