This initiative aims to gather feedback on whether ZU graduates are equipped with the skills, competencies, and mindsets needed for future jobs in the UAE and globally, leveraging the strong engagement on Sharik around future skills, employability, and education quality. It targets students, alumni, employers, parents, and the public to inform curriculum reform, support accreditation and strategic planning, and strengthen ZU's value proposition and graduate outcomes.
