Ministry of Sports Participation in the "Future Customer Councils" Initiative
About the
Consultation:
As part of the Ministry
of Sports' commitment to enhancing its government services and improving the
customer experience, the Ministry participated in the "Future Customer
Councils" initiative - a distinguished initiative launched by the Ministry
of Education in collaboration with the Prime Minister's Office.
The initiative aims to
support federal entities in developing their services by directly engaging with
the views and aspirations of future customers, thereby providing a unique
opportunity to connect with the next generation, discuss government services with
them, and ultimately improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
Objectives:
1.
Reinforce the principle of customer engagement in the
development of policies and services.
2.
Contribute to raising service quality standards and
enhancing the customer experience.
Decisions:
Review priority proposals
and submit appropriate recommendations accordingly, in addition to tasking the
relevant department with reviewing the services associated with the feedback
received and developing improvement plans as needed, to ensure enhanced service
quality and an improved customer experience.
