Subject:

 The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has launched a guide for granting ministries and federal entities their national employees - who wish - an Entrepreneur leave for self-employment, in a precedent that is the first of its kind in the world, with the aim of encouraging them to enter the world of private investment, and to engage in the experience of self-employment and entrepreneurship in the private sector.  It also prepared the projects guide for granting Entrepreneur leave for self-employment, and the technical guide for human resources systems for Entrepreneur leave for self-employment.

 Purpose of Consultation:

 The Authority seeks to find out the views of federal government employees and their development proposals on the initiative, and to measure their level of satisfaction through workshops and brainstorming sessions that help in developing and updating the initiative.

Decision-Making:

 The Authority will review the employees' opinions and suggestions, to make the necessary updates to meet their needs.
