As part of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security's efforts to simplify procedures and enhance the quality of life for senior citizens and People of Determination, the Authority launched the "Taqdeer Package." The initiative enables the automatic renewal of passports and Emirates ID cards, the delivery of documents to the customer's place of residence, and the reduction of service steps. Through this consultation, we seek to hear your opinions and suggestions on how to further develop the initiative and enhance the customer experience in a way that meets their needs and aspirations.
