About the Consultation

As part of the General Civil Aviation Authority's efforts to improve government services and simplify the customer journey, we invite you to share your views and suggestions on the comprehensive redesign of the pilot licensing journey, from training through licence issuance and renewal.

This consultation aims to identify current challenges and future opportunities and contribute to the design of a faster, easier, and more proactive licensing journey, delivering an integrated and distinguished digital experience for pilots, trainees, and aviation professionals.

• Identify the main challenges experienced during the pilot licence issuance or renewal journey.
• Determine the areas and services that require further development and improvement.
• Explore digital solutions and innovative features for the Pilot Licensing Journey 2030.
• Simplify procedures, reduce service completion times, and improve the customer experience.
• Support the development of a smart and integrated journey connecting training, medical examinations, licence issuance,
