The website supports both Arabic and English to ensure inclusivity, in addition to supporting more than 200 languages.

As part of developing service content, the Ministry worked to improve and update the service cards related to its digital services, in an effort to offer more clarity and transparency for customers. These improvements included standardising the wording of service cards and updating their data to include an accurate description of the service, target groups, requirements, application steps, completion time, and service delivery channels. This, in turn, helps customers understand procedures and complete their transactions efficiently.

It also provides technical integration and electronic links with relevant government entities, in order to ensure data accuracy and seamless procedures.
