As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of government services and develop the labour market ecosystem, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation continues to develop procedures for domestic worker services by shifting towards integrated digital solutions. By doing so, the Ministry aims to streamline procedures, integrate data among relevant government entities, and leverage smart solutions and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate transaction completion and boost accuracy and reliability.

The upgrade enables employers to easily complete services for issuing, renewing, and cancelling domestic worker permits through unified digital channels that apply the one-time data entry principle. Furthermore, it enhances interactive support and guidance channels and activates proactive notifications to ensure compliance with governing legislation.

This, in turn, contributes to reducing bureaucracy, improving customer experience, enhancing transparency and rights protection, and supporting the sustainability of domestic worker services, in line with the UAE's directions to spearhead digital transformation and ensure delivery of highly efficient, smart, and proactive government services.
