The law balances religious freedom with respect for public order and cultural identity, creating a safe, inclusive environment that strengthens belonging and harmony.

From establishing the world's first Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence, to launching the National Tolerance Program, enacting the Combating Discrimination, Hatred and Extremism, and signing the Document on Human Fraternity, the UAE has consistently reinforced its role as a global model of coexistence.
