It contributes to providing a working environment that is convenient to working women, enhances their role as a major partner in the comprehensive sustainable development in the country helps achieve women's empowerment, as well as gender balance

There is no doubt that nurseries at workplaces reinforce the country's endeavor  to reduce the gender gap, thus achieving the highest levels of gender balance, and supporting and empowering employees in general, and working women in particular. Moreover,  nurseries help provide ways of family and social stability on the one hand, and increase workplace happiness, and employee productivity  on the other

The experience of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources in this area is distinct and unique. It established a nursery in 2017, serving the children of its male and female employees, as well as employees of several government and private entities nearby, and assigned its management to the British Orchard Group, which has more than 25 quality certificates

The nursery project comes as part of a series of initiatives and projects launched by the Authority successively under the Employee Well-being Program, which was launched in 2014 to reflect the Authority's keenness to improve the work environment, motivate employees to provide their best, and increase job satisfaction, happiness and quality of life
