Public satisfaction about the awareness campaigns of the SCA's services

SCA runs ongoing campaigns to raise public awareness of its services and offerings and encourage community members to use them. To measure the effectiveness of these campaigns, SCA will conduct a survey to obtain feedback on the strengths and areas of improvement for its service awareness campaigns

The digital consultation will give community members the opportunity to reflect on their experiences in requesting SCA services and evaluate the quality of awareness content presented to them
:Decision
Based on the outcomes of the digital survey, SCA will improve the quality of its service awareness campaigns and enhance related strategies to better serve its customers
Outcome
- The total number of survey
recipients was (12) participants
- The final result of the
customer satisfaction survey is 88.4%. The Authority will take into
account all comments and suggestions received through this questionnaire
to meet the expectations of the target audience with the aim of improving
accordingly.
