Customer Councils for Zero Bureaucracy
Objective: Raising awareness among customers about the key improvements made to the Authority's services listed below, based on the requirements of the Government Bureaucracy Elimination Program, and engaging them in the improvement processes.
A total of six (6) virtual customer councils were held to eliminate government bureaucracy, targeting 29 services for improvement, with customer satisfaction regarding the streamlining process reaching 89%.
