Level of ease in applying for the Zakat disbursement service for eligible beneficiaries
Subject of the Consultation
As part of the General Authority of Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat's commitment to enhancing the quality of social services and developing the financial assistance system, and in continuation of its approach to engaging stakeholders in service improvement, the Authority launches this digital consultation to measure the ease of applying for the Zakat disbursement service for eligible beneficiaries. It also aims to assess beneficiaries' experiences during the various stages of the application process, contributing to elevating the service level, improving its efficiency, and simplifying its procedures.
